All orders will be dispatched & processed from our warehouse within 1-3 business days after they have passed the Quality & Performance Inspection.
If we are experiencing an extremely high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email. In peak periods please allow up to 5-7 business days for dispatch.
Shipment Confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. You are also able to track all your orders through our site at Track My Order page, all you need is your order number and email.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
homeyhavenshop™ is not responsible for any customs applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
If a package is returned to us due to unpaid customs, taxes, or return to sender, we will refund the cost of the product and retain the shipping charges. We will allow one free resend if the package was returned to sender however, if it gets sent back to us the second time, we will retain the shipping fee incurred. For a 3rd attempt, an invoice will be sent with the shipping price. (Applies to international and domestic orders)
Easy Cancellations
You can cancel your order at any point if it was not yet shipped, and we will refund you - no questions asked.

Easy Returns
Our refunds are easy & fast - we refund you immediately after you share a picture of the receipt from the shipping service when you return the product. We will generate a label for you, but in most cases the refund amount will be reduced by approximately $10 (once for the return), which will allow you to pay for return shipping this way. The label can be generated only if you are from the US. Otherwise, you are responsible for the return shipping.

In order to process the refund/replacement, we will require proof that you've shipped the item back to us. We refund you immediately after that!
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since the product you purchased was delivered, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
You can see the refund as a credit approximately 2-5 business days later after we initiate the process, depending on the bank.
Non-refundable products
Please keep in mind that underwear cannot be refunded once the original packaging was opened. This applies to Socks, Leggings, Bras, Breast Shells, etc. These items can only be refunded or exchanged if returned in original packaging.
